Come and find rest

FORAGE / fôrij / a search in order to obtain provision

No matter the season, all of us need self care. The boss lady who is no stranger to the airport. The mama who is carefully balancing priorities. The creative entrepreneur growing a business on her own. The courageous survivor at the beginning of her healing journey.  The seasoned soul who has poured into others. FORAGE is a one day retreat, designed for you to learn and experience meaningful self care practices that provide comfort, warmth and rest.

The Experience

Come join us for a one day retreat as we take a holistic approach to self care. Grounded in faith and truth, we'll explore together what God has to say about deep rest and caring for our souls. The day will include three workshops discussing self care of the heart, mind and body in the beautiful St. Vrain venue in downtown Longmont. We'll gather with a small group of women for just the right amount of intentional experience and down time, local organic lunch, afternoon tea or coffee and a scrumptious charcuterie dinner and drinks. Wear your yoga pants and hoodie, your favorite cozy sweater, that new flannel top…whatever you would wear for a day of self care. Here’s an overview of what each workshop will include.

This day retreat is for you if…

You believe there is more. More than just doing the next thing, the right thing. God has more for you than just getting through life. You are hungry for something real. Because while Netflix binging and charcoal masks are amazing, they only provide relief in the moment. You're ready to start the new year with intention. The idea of taking time to pause, reflect and soak in beauty and truth is a breath of fresh air. You're at the beginning of your self care journey or you're a self care guru. Whether this is your first "me" day in years or self care has long been a priority, we've got something for you. You just want to come and be you. You don’t want to worry about finding the perfect, instagrammable outfit that will represent both your free spirit and professional side. You want to get those creative vibes flowing again. Maybe it’s been a while. Maybe you don’t consider yourself creative at all. Whatever the case, you’re ready to feel unstuck.
